Everdream will monitor your sleep, measure sleep stages, and ring an alarm during REM sleep to help you become aware that you are dreaming. Customize your alarm with your own audio, volume, vibration patterns, and repeat options.
You can set your preferred options for REM sleep detection and, for example, focus only on the later (and longer) REM cycles. You can also choose if you want the alarm to ring at the beginning, middle, or at the end of a REM cycle.
All these settings make Everdream the perfect tool for most known lucid dreaming techniques:
